Do not random queue. Do each dungeon once for the bonus exp and make sure to get all the boss mobs on the list inside the dungeon. Also knock out all the quests for that place if they exist. Quest grind in between queuing.

Taking any of the maidens under 20% takes the encounter to phase 2 and boats stop. I'm guessing you guys barely missed the timer for the boat and they were moving to it as you hit 20%

Do highmaul heroic on friday. No point in going to normal mode anymore. If we can't kill bosses on heroic that might be the wake up call a few need to start playing better. Saturday we need the time in foundry to be able to knock out 7/10 before folks have to log.

I honestly have never even tried seraphim on my paladin. I enjoyed doing all of highmaul with DP/FV. I like proc based play. It makes the game more fun for me. As for ret help the best advice I can give is try out the FCFS retribution addon. It's like ovale that helps folks learn priority...

Looking at my Missions of Interest tab it shows only normal cache from foundry so I'm not touching mine yet. I have 35 normal kills and 23 heroic kills so I'm going to wait a bit to see what folks are getting first.

I had 50+ wipes on heroic before it finally died. Once we switched to 1 giant group instead of split teams in the beginning we killed it in 2 tries.

I run 5 garrisons now for gold. I do not mine. I do not herb. I rarely queue work orders at all. Get a rank 3 tavern on each garrison and spam queue missions in the morning and in the evening. Make gold missions at 100% your priority. Thousands of gold per week without wasting time...

My issue towards new tanks on Fridays is if we have two fresh new tanks that need to learn the fight. That's why I was bitching the other week. If we have at least 1 knowledgeable tank who can work with the new person that is just fine. 2 new tanks = we don't kill harder bosses.
