Yes it is. It seems like some kind of bug is going around where new players spawn in flagged for criminal intent. Dev has come out and said that was not intended and will be fixed asap.

U will toggle the flag for criminal actions.

Still seems like its missing the key part to a game worth playing. Youd blow through everything worth doing in a month and then what? With no conflict between players, theres no renewable content.

What would you do exactly in a PvE centric sandbox mmo?

Overcoming ele reflect with anything other than immunity to it isnt a thing. Eventually your damage done will outscale any type of recovery you can get due to gear or just a big pack of enemies.

Crit Chance isnt something you usually scale on gear. Diamond flasks are so OP that its easy to get a very good crit rate with just nodes on the tree. The thing youll start looking for that will scale your damage best is phys added as xx damage on Shaper gear. It shows up on weapons and amulets...

I havnt had a crash either. If you have tabs in the poe wiki running though that could be causing it. They have some invasive ads right now that interact poorly with the standard adblockers.

Obvious uniques like Inpulsa usually get their drop rates nerfed hard. Just remember Baron from a few leagues ago. Its going to be on a Shavs/Kaoms level of expensive unless you grab it very early, before the hoard realize it.

Youre having fun, sounds like youre doing it right. Nothing about Frost Blades or the skill tree associated with it has changed in over a year. If you want to go deeper you can take just about any guide made for it and use it as a base line.

I think the difference between IB and blade flurry/molten strike is that IB has inpulsa like screen clearing when you invest into it. Youll clear maps 10x faster with IB than molten strike and thus it rightfully should have a lower single target.

Ok I get it. The tags on the Arc spell are for both the base and the vaal spell. Wonder if the base spell adopts the duration tag. Would help with using arc in Poets Pen builds.

I guess they gave up Lacerate changes. I thought someone from GGG said it was getting looked at at one point, shame. I really liked the skill until the AoE nerfs. On a second note ... why does Arc have a Duration tag in that screenshot? It doesnt have any time related effects.
