Wait, what am I witnessing? I didn't see the actual events; I just read the defense. What do you want me to say at the witness stand?
"I read a_skeleton_03's defense and didn't see a problem. Also, traps aren't gay."
If I were to make a super quick leveling guide for 50-60:
FIRST CLASS:
1. MSQs
2. Daily Roulettes
3. Daily Hunts (unlocked at 53, 56, and 59)
4. Sidequests
5. FATEs (if they are being cleared fast) or dungeon spam (if FATEs are not being cleared fast).
SUBSEQUENT CLASSES:
1...
If you're on Gilgamesh, there are two Linkshells dedicated to revolving-door hunting: American Steak Theory and American Meme Theory. Go into any of the new zones and type in /shout, "Invite to Steak/Memes please!" and someone will likely send you an invite to one of the Linkshells. When you're...
Hey Pyros, can you please edit my Twitter handle (@kriptini) into that post you shared on NeoGaf? I was gonna withhold that info from the public (read: not Rerolled) until I got some RT's, but I didn't see that you already shared it because I don't go on NeoGaf.
Um
ARMORY BONUS IS BEING INCREASED FROM 50% TO 100%
Knock knock, anyone home? This is going to reduce time it takes to level via FATES pretty significantly. Instead of like 10 FATEs for 1 level post 40, it would take like 6 or 7.
EXP from trash mobs in dungeons is being reduced. After the patch, the fastest way to level 1-50 will be FATEs, because the Armory Bonus is being increased to 100% for characters under 50.
The EXP needed to get from 50-51 is going to be massively larger than 49-50, so you'll have to level up...
I didn't look at Conjurer at all, and I didn't notice any changes with Arcanist abilities, but I was mostly looking at new stuff (and running around using Akh Morn because holy crap it is amazingly satisfying). I think Ruin has a lower mana cost now? Was hard to tell.
Played Heavensward for 30 minutes today at E3. Tried out Ninja, Summoner, and Scholar. Here's the new abilities/changes:
Ninja
Aeolian Edge: Now only applies full potency from rear. (320 rear, 280 back)Smoke Screen: Reduces target's current enmity. Didn't actually use it, but seems...
It's true though. Unlike the first game, you could do PvE with pretty much any build you wanted and be okay. Dark Souls 1 made pure mage playthroughs or playthroughs with weird weapons (such as whips or claws) extremely difficult because there was no way to recharge spellcasts and they made most...
I picked up Endless Legend yesterday for $17 (50% off, I think). Only played it for 2 hours so far, and it seems sort of slow-paced compared to Civ V, but the UI is really cool and there's a lot of customization options.
My guess is that there's no market for it. When I was at the midnight release for the last FIFA game at my local Gamestop to promote charity, almost everyone who came in was some kind of first or second generation Eastern European or Western Asian that came with their friends to play it on their...
Calling it now, these are bullshots. They did it with DS2, they'll do it with DS3. If anyone honestly believes the game is going to look like that when they play it, they're kidding themselves.
It'll still be a day one buy for me, though.
If you kill people but hide the bodies, you generate significantly less Chaos, so it's easier to get the good ending. Or just, you know, don't kill people. (Running is always an option.)
