Same here. Collected all that shit back in the early 90s. Nicely boxed and boarded. Worthless.

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

Any recommendations on a sub $200 video card for WoW? My old Radeon 6850 (or is it a 6870)? Is getting a bit long in the tooth.

What's the typical software development type of contract work? I mean, is it usually simple, stupid crap or pretty complex stuff?

Where did you look for this sort of work? I often see job listings on DICE for part-time stuff, which I'm seriously considering.

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

Question regarding WoD's insta-level 90 feature. Is it limited to a one-time use on a character or is it anytime to any character newly rolled or otherwise?

    What vehicle do you drive?

I assume that's a 2011-14 V6. Those have decent power and a CAI and tune should definitely make a noticeable improvement. I have a 2008 GT and your V6 actually makes a bit more horsepower stock. Only thing really bad about the V6 is that they are geared super high for gas mileage. Probably...

I'd be down for Fridays and Alliance. I traditionally play healers.

WoW Vanilla Emu - Emerald Dream

Is there a site with a compilation of popular mods used during this era? Personally, I enjoy the slower leveling and combat pace. The current iteration of WoW feels so frantic.

I will say Panda Land's visuals are stunning. But, man, the music is so cliche. My tag is djgLXXII #1457. I've been messing around with my level 85 Gnome Priest on Stormrage.

So, what's the story on the stats? Everything was normalized, right? Gear choices from quest rewards are weird. There will be two items that are basically the same.

    World of Warcraft: Current Year

I did the same. Played Cata, bought MoP but never even installed it. The game allows you to buy a sub for gold now. I had enough among some characters so I figured I'd jump in for a bit. I really haven't followed WoW since Cata. From what I remember, MoP was generally hated by all...

    Elementary

I like the show because of Miller and Liu's legs, but honestly most cases are just flat-out boring. The recent one with the faux abductee was pretty good though. Also, other viewers in the household complain about not being about to understand Miller. I think this is pretty common sentiment...

Making a Murderer (Netflix) - New info

Not sure if it was mentioned in this thread, but Dr. Phil had a special this past week on Steven Avery. Sadly, she is now his ex-fiance. Nothing to do with the case, though. She still firmly believes he's innocent. And, by the way, the Dr. Phil special didn't really reveal anything new...

Yeah, I enjoyed the pilot. They say it's "inspired by Frankenstein", but I don't really see the similarity beyond bringing a dead person back. That Indian chick is a babe.

Decent premiere I guess? Honestly, I felt kind of lost as I'm fuzzy on what happened at the end of last season since it's been so long. Also, cut that shit out with the subtitles.

No, but I will tell you that Pluralsight has courses on React plus many, many others. Our company purchased everyone a subscription to Pluralsight and I must say the content is very well done. (FYI the courses can be found in Usenet groups and torrents).

Battle isn't quite over. Is there any possible risk of open-source software suddenly being declared proprietary and closed? The fear is we choose Mirth as our HL7 engine and some time down the road the company decides to start charging for it. Not sure what the legality of that would be.

Alright, so I'm pretty sure I've convinced the company to just say 'fuck it' and use Mirth for our HL7 engine. The effort that would have to go into creating something that essentially does the same damn thing would be immense. I hammered the point across that HL7 mappings aren't as simple as...
