Looks like over the last 4 days (Throwing out the first 2) we are settling in around a 150 backer per day avg. Will need a $120-$130 per pledge average at that rate to hit the 800k. Of course these are all preliminary... just me and my OCD kicking in.

Agree to a point..maybe use small group of KS smarties? I have found sometimes extra eyes can see what one person tends to miss.

Exactly...right now my only option is to pledge $500 for stuff I like and repledge $250 on another account for the pre alpha

I want to be a pre alpha tester with all the features of the full tester in one package. As I see it (And I may be off) The $500-600-1k people lose a little something at the moment. (When I think it should be the opposite) Wouldn't the goal be to sell out the $500+ packages way before you...

Knowing nothing about anything, can anyone explain basic differences in game engines? (Ease of use?) Is it like two different cars? One has more features?

Pledge average has RISEN to $120 per. That is a SOLID average that I am betting many games would love to have...now just need the numbers.

Pledging and collecting are two different areas. As long as it reaches the goal , they try to collect....assume 10 percent waste due to "Not enough funds" in account. I would bet out of the 800k...after fees and taxes need to be paid, you have 500k to work with.

I posted over in the Star Citizen other games forums...just in case we can snag any of the deep pocket space people. Also, EQN Landmark alpha forums is covered. (As well as Eq2flames.)

It's clear there will be an outside investor(s) on this project when it hits $800k. ($800k minus taxes and fees will barely pay salaries, office, game engine, etc..as noted 100 pages back) I know they won't be able to speak to it at this time, but I wonder what the investment will be? I know...

The per pledge average is solid. ($100)...the peeps have cash, just need more . (Or jazz up the $500/$1000 levels a bit to entice upgrades)
