I haven't been this excited for football since Harbaugh's last year with the 49ers.
Really tough first game for the 49ers, I am just hoping they keep it competitive. Defense is going to have a huge challenge, especially with Foster out.
Notre Dame once again completely uninspiring against a team they should have walked all over, a week after looking pretty good against Michigan. They aren't going anywhere with Wimbush at QB.
I don't watch tennis, but since this was plastered everywhere I couldn't help but watch the video. It seemed to me that she threw an absolute childish fit, got called on it, and then played the gender card when she didn't like being called out.
That's pretty shitty. Go look at the record for people who have missed weight this year, and I think it is something like 10-2. Not making weight gives you a huge advantage, and you shouldn't be punished for not fighting someone who did not make the agreed weight.
Instead of punishing people...
Really good article on the collapse of the Seahawks.
I recall someone in here specifically calling out the theory around Carroll trying to get Wilson the Super Bowl MVP instead of Lynch, and that is why they threw it.
The Dynasty That Never Was: Inside the Unraveling of the Seattle Seahawks
Like Omayga said, even if they decided to trade him, he would have to play on his franchise tag for this year first before a team could sign him to a new contract. So getting another team to agree to that would be a stretch I think.
