I was very happy with the ribs. I know some people don't like the meat falling off the bone with ribs, but these were and they were so damn good. I cooked them in the oven for 4 hours and then smoked them for about 1 1/2 hours.

It looks pretty good, but I think I overcooked the ribs a bit, they are seriously falling off the bone. Ah well. You must have an oblong slow-cooker? I love pork and apples together, I bet that tastes great.
