I just bought an R9 280x should be a solid jump from my GTX460. Today only newegg has a promo code for 25$ off a purchase of 250$ or more. NAFSAVE25NOV1R
Got it for 282 shipped.
If you just need to split it get whatever gigabit 5 or 8 port switch is the best deal on newegg. Switches are simple as shit, no point in spending a lot on one.
LifeKick ass graphics, but the death penalties are far too harsh.
I did GW2 for a while, but couldn't stay hooked the WvW sucks. I also played with a Nazi killed, that really sucked the fun out of it.
I pray EQNext is the second coming.
2143 makes me hard in the pants or a new World War II game with the modern engine. FAP
A friend and I did this. Was no better feeling then 2 people with smoke grenades turning the tide of a stalemated 64 player metro.
Commute used to be 40-45 minutes (37 miles) which sucked.
Moved and now it's roughly 2 miles and 5 minutes or less. I can literally walk or bike to work if I want. It's glorious. Oh and going home for lunch, or to poop. Love it.
Definitely keep an eye on video card pricing. With AMD's new releases Nvidia is gonna be doing some nice price cuts, plus releasing new products. Next month or two should be an amazing time to get a 150-250 video card with some great performance.
Don't use an upgrade directly on your line. Transferring a phone onto your line is fine.
Few months ago I bought an unlimited line for 280$ from a coworker. It had an upgrade available which I did as an "alternate upgrade" onto another junk line on the account. Activated the phone on that...
Uplod your music to google music. Then you can play your music on your phone from anywhere. Google Music App is also chromecast compatible. I push my music through my phone to my chromecast through my AV Reciever to my speakers.
Google Music is also a free cloud backup of my cherished music...
Shields are too big alongside an arduino inside a helmet. I can't wire it remotely because it's far to parallel. A real lcd would also block vision, I'm looking to have the 7 segment above my head projecting on the face shield. It is far brighter would work from a reflection
With shift...
I've got one. It's a cool device, I've done way more on it then my RPi. The programming language is very intuitive.
After not touching it for a while I'm actually messing with a project right now. Learning how to control seven segement LEDs with shift registers and serial data. I'm planning...
In WoW back in Burning Crusade I was in a mid-level family raid guild. We were no where near top tier, but we held our own, and had a core group of quality players all of which could have jumped to better guilds. Guild official raids were only done with 25 mans. 10 mans were do at your own will...
How "highly vulnerable" was this switch if it did it's job and prevented an explosion after hitting the ground? Sounds like it worked as intended as a fourth line of defense, and this is a pile of hyperbole.
Aunt and Uncle have been on a vacation in Europe for a weeks. Uncle is kind of a car nut. They were in a town in the South of France and got to see the Top Gear boys shooting a segment. I'm so beyond jelly.
For games that are GPU dependent i3 vs. i5 will be hardly noticable. For CPU dependent games an i3 will still be okay, but an i5 will be the best. It comes down to budget if you can at all possibly afford it get the i5, but the i3 will not be the worst alternative, it will still be as good as...
He mentions 1W power transmission. At 5v that only .2A which is nothing considering modern phones are now using 2.1A chargers for effective highspeed charging. This thing will not charge phones, it will only slow their draining.
AMD is bad. The ram is overpriced, and you don'y need 16gb. The power supply is garbage. For the price of that case I'd get an Antec 300 V2. And that SSD is mediocre at best, you can get Samsung 830/840's with 120gb for that price on sale.
Here you go. If you want spend some more on the mobo...
Those soft covers provide scratch protection nothing else. You need a laptop bag with a laptop compartment with a foam edge for actual impact protection.
Get some non-conducting Thermal Paste. Like Arctic MX-2, and also buy some VRAM heatsinks pictured below. There are wicked small, so the paste alone should keep them attached. That might cut it, if not you may need to direct some airflow towards them.
I chopped up a full-size heatsink from a...
