I don't think he necessarily needs to be in a Dragon themed deck. Like I said, if there were a few more good Azure Drake type cards, he could be decent alongside them. Faerie Dragon counts, Azure Drake counts, Twilight Drake counts.

Rend is pretty bad thus far, but if we get a few more cards like Azure Drake, it won't toooo terrible. Shame it's so expensive tho. I can see classes with no hard removal potentially running it.
