Nah. He doesn't even have superspeed. Any speedster, including WW and Superman could take him out before he could even think of it. Then people that could take the hit. Again, using those 2 examples. WW and Superman have both survived face tanking nukes.

yeah. most recommend flat hp every time. The common point is, that extra passive point will go into a passive hp node anyway... so is the flat 40 hp more or less then that passive point will get you. generally 5% now. 130-150% max hp is normal. so 40 life will be increased via your passives...

Pretty big nerf that was missed in the early patch notes. And has a huge effect on alot of builds. Seems strange to me, they would make the patches worth even less.. Particularly when they are busy buffing hp values, etc.
