If you don't recall the lore behind it, it's pretty well explained why the Eluvian that was found during Inquisition would trigger what seems to be occurring in the trailer. (Plus Morrigan's own playing around with Eluvians no doubt doesn't help)

Wasn't referencing Florida in general - just Merritt Island. I'm pretty sure if we lived in a more dense part of the county we'd have delivery services. (Heck, I know for a fact we'd have Jimmy John's added to the list at a minimum, since I did an order from them when we were scouting)

I miss having those types of things as an option - downside to living on a low pop peninsula. Our delivery options are two pizza and one chinese... period. No secondary delivery services/etc.

Assuming sped up spawns, that's reasonable (part of why I'd personally not put the cart before the horse yet) - assuming your worry of them not speeding up Trak's spawn rate isn't adjusted though, that's probably a matter of extra weeks.
