I haven't played CI since they nerfed it a few patches ago. Doesn't seem that great for tankier builds because of lower sustain.

Is there any consideration to running gladiator this league as your "tanky" build? The amount of bursty spell damage in incursion seems like it would make it better at defense than Jugg or Champion. Bleed explosions would certainly help with clearing on a bossing character too.

Maybe not while leveling, but reave is definitely one of the best melee aoe skills in the endgame.

Details on L20 Infernal Blow were finally posted. Only change from the patch notes is that the "charged" debuff(main target only) deals 66% of damage, not base attack damage. So, if I understand this correctly, IB's single target damage is now 123% * 1.66? That works out to 205%, ~27%...

I wonder if Infernal Blow not being posted yesterday on the L20 preview means they realize that the "buff" is actually shit. Nobody has been able to point out why Infernal Blow was actually changed.

The delay. I actually do care about the delay on flameblast. It's a long time to stand still and not do any damage/leech. You don't have to stand still for frost bomb, but that delay can still be clunky.

How does traps or mines help mitigate the delay on frost bomb?

Inpulsa was already in high demand and the bulk of its price will be dictated by 6L. Arc will influence its price, but not that much. Berek's Grip and Shimmeron will likely be much more expensive though.

Arc/LW Poet's Pen with Inpulsa's and Elementalist. Weapon swap to Arc/Ball Lightning(also getting a buff!) for single target. Not my idea, but I played it last league and it's by far the smoothest T1 map clear build I've played. It's like Flicker Strike without the rough edges.

I'm planning on starting arc elementalist and transitioning into poet's pen arc/lightning warp + arc/ball lightning on weapon swap for single target. The buffs to arc look pretty good. And as long as the buffs to Infernal Blow aren't complete shit, an Infernal Blow Jugg for bossing achievements.
