So what is there to do PvE wise these days? I'm up to 256 item level after crushing peoples dreams in survival and need to go play with all my shiny new toys.

The PvE mode is...okay? It's kind of like condensing the entire game in to a single like ~60 minute run. You start out basically naked, gear up super quick via drops/crafting, rush the dark zone, fight some bosses, try and extract etc. Not really my thing, but it is there. Played 5 games of PvP...

Get the survival DLC, it's fucking great. It's basically the same system as every survival pvp/battle royal game but with, you know, a functional game engine and real graphics.

Wall mounts are all pretty standard yea. If you want full articulation, like an extending arm and all that shit, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Also be sure the wall you're putting it on has studs available where you want to mount it, cause you can't drywall hilti those things.
