I've leveled a DH and Wiz from scratch on the PTR and so far Wiz is way more interesting. Not sure if its a bug or not, but arcane torrent + magic weapon/deflection = massive shield.

For those with slower than expected connections and are on wifi , switch to AES encryption.. I think the other one caps at ~30mb for some reason. Fixed my 50mb com cast anyway, went from 33ish to Up around 60

They dont carry over from every thing ive read. Silencer affects bullet velocity as well which is why i usually dont use them.
