Highly recommend. Scourge Arrow is a great skill that gets around the problem of other channel and release skills by having Mirage Archer. I have a Cold Scourge Arrow CI Trickster PoB if you're interested. I plan on league starting with it.

How do DoT-based builds sustain? There's whole archetypes of builds I'd like to play but I don't see how they're supposed to reasonably bounce back from damage taken. Bleed Poison(Assassins don't fully count since you can't rely on kills during bosses) Chaos DoTs not named Essence Drain Ignite...

That dps is anemic.

Let me know how it goes, I think bleed builds still have issues with sustain. Most dot builds for that matter.

It definitely expands fast, but you can kinda see the stages if you're really looking. The skill could definitely use some scrutiny from being meta, but I'm not sure that will ever happen. It's kinda vanilla compared to others.

I'm assuming that's the different stages. The ability does a really poor job of explaining the precise mechanics. You get three stages, first one hitting at 100%, second at 90%, third at 80%. And it gives you some radius X. Does the first stage hit at radius X and the remaining stages expand...
