Just found out the 49ers released LaMichael James today. While he hasn't been a huge contributor to the team so far, they are pretty thin at RB until Lattimore heals up, so I found it a bit surprising. I guess he really wanted out and the 49ers were tired of him asking for it, so they let him go.
