Spark, no, but Arc definitely is better than Storm Call in single target. Spark is understandable because the mechanics are much different. Why put up with Storm Call's delay if it doesn't offer any advantage?

It's not necessarily a problem. I've never used the skill, so I was hoping there was some combination of supports and/or uniques that gave Storm Call an advantage in certain situations.

That's the effect of the gear, not the skill. Arc, spark, ball lighting, etc, will clean up just as well, if not better.

Yes, it's more utility than it is dps. Let me edit my math, since the support part and gem level was wrong. X > (X + 2) * 0.8 / (1 + Y) X being the original totem count and Y being the average more% from the 6th link. Assuming Y = 0.35, the equation balances at X > 2.909.

Cospri's Malice and Trickster CAN work, but it's generally better to go with Assassin. Discharge has a few required uniques along with some strongly suggested uniques. I would make sure you like the playstyle first before you fully commit to it as the required uniques can make you squishy...

I was making the assumption that you'd clear with shield charge and cospri's malice. If you're going to clear with your CoC trigger, then yeah, stick with cyclone definitely. I wonder if there's any merit to charged dash as a CoC trigger.

Looking at the very few discharge builds on poe.ninja, most of them are running double discharge setup. One in Cospri's Malice, one in CoC. Do these not work like PP and CWDT, won't the Cospri's Malice triggering Discharge almost always prevent CoC's Discharge from triggering? Or is this on...
