Doesn't the target requirement on consecrated path work against HoI? You leap into a pack and then chain shatter all the targets you would have used for movement. Just theory crafting here, I haven't used the skill. The target requirement kinda kills it for me since that mean you can't use it...

I really hope they make flares act like torches. I watched that whole video and unless you REALLY want some ssf fossils and resonators, it seems like mapping and straight path delving is a better usage of your time.

My first reaction was "meh". Not enough to really be worth gambling on. Though, starting your own branch of the Wraeclast SS might be appealing.

That's my problem too. The way delves are designed, they make you hesitate to explore at all. Maybe it's that I'm playing a dot build and this will be better with arc pp.

How do you combat lights out mechanics? Maybe it's because flares are on 6, which is a shitty reflex hotkey, but it seems to be doing nothing. I'm 40 levels deep and have found nothing to dynamite. How do you identify something to blow up?

Flares and dynamite functionality are complete shit, I almost never explore off the path unless it's something I can see on my screen. With the amount of loot you get on a delve, they are basically incursions, that ain't the worst thing. Anyone been trying toxic rain?

It will mean it needs to point blank the boss, but just about every other skill is going to need to be close too(for poison). The virulence and 50% chaos AoE has me still considering Pathfinder, but Trickster still seems like a better fit because of Weave the Arcane.

I think you're forgetting that CA can effectively shotgun, its single target will be quite good.

I was thinking he put posoin on HoP because it was needed to proc withered touch, but doesn't look like it. I'll likely just go HoP with withered touch for better withered application in single target. I don't agree with BV. How does poison favor attack speed?

Poison typically does very little hit damage though.

Ok, so he has 4% mana unreserved. Always an issue with poison builds is how to sustain mana because leeching isn't that effective. How does this guy handle it?

He's closer, but still not there. Empower on HoAg is cheaper, not sure if worth it, but his link on the HoP is still wrong. He has Wither instead of Withering Touch.

I don't think that guy worked out his mana reservations correctly. HoAg with 4 supports and HoP with 2 supports is well over 100% mana reserved. Clearing with a melee skill using 14s poisons is going to suck. I hate poison duration and I'm already dreading that my trickster's duration is over 3s.

Probably Trickster CA. Might take a look at the VS build.

I'm wondering if Trickster might be better than Pathfinder for caustic arrow. DPS is roughly the same but pathfinder doesn't have much for sustain. Anyone else been mulling a CA build? Still consider Ele Hit but idk. Skill seems kinda meh.

Are you going to drop ash for purity? Or are you going to try to fit ash, purity, and hatred? The more melee won't apply to all of the skill.

It does seem that way, that makes it interesting! Zerphis is great survivability for life Indigon builds. You likely don't need it for grinding to 100 but I would say it's required for deepest delving. I meant just the flask, btw.

I want to say trickster is a bad choice for indigon delving. At some point, monster HP will get high enough that the regen proc will become inconsistent. Essentially, the same reason people using trickster for mapping but not bossing. Wouldn't Heirophant be a better choice?

Forgot to ask what an Elder bow contributes to elemental hit. Anyone know the default radius on elemental hit's explosions? If ele hit is still going to do stupid damage, might as well play that instead of caustic arrow.
