I found Manor and Underrot relatively easy. Storm Shrine or whatever the fuck its called was more difficult, but we pulled some awful trash packs and wiped to that mostly. Motherlode is annoying because of the trash. That said I haven't found any of the bosses actually difficult.

I don't think 10+ mobs will make a dent on a healer, but my brm has no self sustain anymore. I have one heal spell and I generate like 1 healing orb per encounter.

Absolutely. On brm at 110 first getting there I was pulling 10-20 mobs, killing them fast, and barely getting hurt. At 120 and 312 if I pull 4-5 they might get me down to 25% hp - sometimes I need to run. It feels as bad as it sounds.
