Medicare isn't free and doesn't attach to the exchanges. If you mean Medicaid that might become partially valid, Medicaid in 30 states isboth unpaid and paid variants under the exchanges come Jan 13 or so. So not all of that figure would be 'free'.

Capalldi's entrance seems to imply to me that he's gotten his brain reset back to Hartnell as well - since Hartnell didn't know how to pilot it for quite a while. Somewhat makes sense that the reset button would work that way, no?

Flipped some stuff earlier with the machine when it comes to "sleep mode" stuff to basically completely axe sleep mode besides turning off the monitor signal - and no lockups yet. Got a feeling something is haywire with it going into and out of sleep mode. I really need to do a reformat on...
