I wouldn't recommend berserker self cast DP with what they're doing to VP next league. It's quite painful leveling up and is still a non-insignificant downside(oops, just cast 2+ times onto no targets, there goes 12-24% of my life!) after getting VP and enough damage to offset the 6% life cost...

There's more than a few situations where you get "stuck" DPSing a boss because moving means you don't leech. The boss of plateau can easily kill you after you kill his buddy, even with VP. That's the kind of stuff I hope they get rid of.

They're already at nutso price levels. Not that I don't disagree with you on the regen part. I would just prefer more parts of the game would let you take advantage of that. Most of the end game content is designed to one shot you. Hopefully said content is getting retuned.

Why don't kinetic blast or barrage have MTXs? Seem like pretty popular skills that meh visuals. I'd pay premium MTX price for a black hole effect for KB's explosions. Or Shaper Beam for barrage that grows in size based on how many projectiles you're firing per second.

I would consider regression testing even if you haven't made any changes. We have ours setup to continuously run regardless of commits. Helps expose rare errors like leaks or crashes. Does make a heavier load for test review though.

Can you explain "triggers regression testing”? Shouldn't you always be regression testing?
