Pharah is actually a pretty low threat if you play around her properly. Even NA teams don't require hitscan to effectively counter her. This may change a bit with the D'Va nerf / Mercy buff but as long as you don't stand out in the open in the middle of the field Pharah can't do jack shit...

I also find Teleport to be the most reliable CC in the game. It is 100% guaranteed to reposition a target away from your group to burn all their AP just walking back to the fight. You can sometimes take them out of the fight for 2+ turns if the battlefield has a bunch of different elevations...

I think Chipotle's queso works better in the burrito/bowl than just as a dip. I personally found it kind of gritty and bland with just chips. But I really enjoy it in the actual stuff.
