Yeah, the platforming is kind of a joke. The setting, story, and characters are fantastic though. The combat is also pretty good once you get a few upgrades going. Be sure to play the DLC pack for it, Pigsy's Perfect 10. It is the best side-story DLC/expansion of all time.
