I agree with this. I actually kind of like the lore for pantheon thus far, as much as I can not being a 'lore buff'. the names however reak of dry erase board placeholders that they never got around to changing. like I said earlier, names don't matter unless they're so bad that it accentuates...

graphics, lore, names, etc do not matter at all.. unless they're terrible.

because they're still in 'studio/major publisher mode' because they don't know any better.

my favorite gogojira moment was when he was on this Eqn webcast with these two fanboys like two weeks after soe live and they were so excited and gogojira not only crushed them with bitter cynicism trademark of rerolled, but used more profanity than those two combined in the process, good stuff.

this bridged the gap between rerolled suck and honest to God real world objective suck. but its still salvageable

to be fair thats like a post velious rewrite. I remember the OG strategy guide and lore book back from 1999 and the class descriptions were shit. the difference was I had never heard of a ogre shadowknight before. I'm very aware of what an antipaladin consists of in an MMO environment now.
