As 76 you really don't want dot. If you watch virtually all high level solider players they all use cross reticle because you never want to enter the spread pattern. The dot doesn't let you know if you're fucking up your tempo or not. So I just moved universally to using the cross instead of dot.

Placed @ 52. The last few placement matches were frustrating because it was obvious the people I was playing with/against weren't better I just had a few idiots on the team. Unfortunately its really hard to overcome an individually weak player especially one who thinks they need to play DPS.

Rofl I just had a game on Dorado where we held defense on the first point up at their spawn and they barely pushed the cart at all. We came out, wiped out their Bastion + Rein in like 2 seconds and after literally less than 5 seconds of push we won the match.

52-8 as 76 on Dorado attack & defense. I'm playing some truly bad players.

Yeah its a terrible system. 2-1 now in placements. Lost because even though I was Mercy damage boosting our Widowmaker they got 0 kills on Kings Row point A defense both times.

I believe they did say individual performance effects your MMR as well. So if you were the all-star on a game that lost there is a chance you may actually gain MMR in that scenario. But if you were the inept retard on a team carrying you then you probably wouldn't gain much MMR in that scenario.
