I think Genji is probably the highest skill cap toon right now. Tracer does have a fairly high one but she also has a higher skill floor.

Watching his stream is the best way to learn about map quirks. Like I didn't know you could walk on that uber narrow ledge on the outside on Nepal3. I could see that being useful to set up McCree surprise dead eyes and Tracer backline harassment.

End-game scaling is actually what I dislike most about BL games. It feels tuned for being full legendary so when you're on that grind you have to shoot a Super Badass for what feels like 2 minutes to kill him. I wouldn't mind if the addressed some of the end-game ARPG mechanics of the game...

#1 problem with Roadhog is the amount of ult feed he generates. So yeah its great he can pick people off 1-by-1 but this game is all about the objective. If you are constantly feeding headshots to S76 (which as Roadhog it is almost impossible NOT to feed ult) your team will be on the receiving...

Probably the biggest issue with DVa at a competitive level is the ult can be cancelled out completely if you put a Winston bubble over it or if the team just scurries behind a Rein shield. So it even fails at the "zone control" aspect.

I don't know if being Targ is a requirement for that. They already alluded to Tyrion mounting a dragon in the future (which also probably indicates he is the likely suitor for Dany) so if a midget Lannister can do it I'd assume anyone could if the dragon trusts you.

That was mainly because 4H required more tanks than usual. You could get through almost all of Naxx with 2 well geared tanks and 2 off gear tanks. Then suddenly at 4H you needed as many geared prot tanks as you could find.
