You dont really need it anyway. Aside pinnacle PvP events like Trails of Osiris where your TRUE power matters, because the Artifact power gets disabled, anything in PvE can be made up just by grinding more exp to level up that artifact. Only activity that comes to mind are the master nighfalls...
