I was on Neurontin for a long time, switched to Lyrica a year or two ago and I like it a lot better. More effective and fewer side effects. Neurontin was REALLY fucking with my memory. Lyrica still kind of does it but not nearly as much.

In a way it's kind of a "win more" card. By the point where either option provides a significant advantage, the caster was probably already winning. The only time you ever put the opponent in a position where they have to pick an option that stings is when they're already against the wall.
