yeah 1 month unlocks is actually really exciting. there's a bunch of later expansions i've never done, will be awesome trying them out on a progression server instead of trying to find a progression guild on a regular server.

yup. i'm not even sure i agree that it should have been banned. their main concern in banning it is that new players get extremely frustrated by it, and they don't want to lose this new customer base that they're growing with Arena. would help if they added more play modes instead, perhaps...

i concede.pretty shortly after the loop starts. there's a few times i've been able to break it, but not usually. honestly, i'm probably just not a very good player, and that's weighs in on it for me a lot. playing against Nexus sucks when you're still trying to learn the game.

Another Eden this one from some of the guys that made Chrono Trigger is actually pretty great. there is some gatcha stuff involved but barely. it's really story heavy tho, not good for short sessions, need at least like 20 minutes at a time.

LDoN and Ykesha unlocks "selo's" | EverQuest Forums as of right now, LoY and LDoN will each count as a full expansion, 1 month for each. so essentially 3 months of PoP. not sure how i feel about that.

The ARE doing this. I've been going through the official MTG blog archives, which has a lot of content from the Play Design team, and there's definitely a trend of them questioning how things will affect digital. Taking away "may" and replacing it with optionless triggers is one of the big ones.
