Yes. SK can snipe Nec/Shm if Harm Touch is up. Other than that, it's only chanter and maybe wizard/mage that are any kind of threat to poison dotters. At least, in my experience. A good wizard who knows how to optimize casts, with Kunark+ spells, can probably hold their own.

I used Radahn's Greatarrows to knock them off the roof entirely. It was the only thing I found that worked, and even getting a few shots of those off was tough with their sniper-like aim. I'll try this fake-out when I do it this time.
