Being able to memorize an answer does not show ones ability to solve problem. The point of the questions is to see problem solving skills, not to see if the interviewee can reach the correct answer. Bootcamps do not teach the algorithmic skills that allow one to make a good effort at reaching...

Technical interviews are just going to get worse imo. With the influx of bootcamp grads (about whom a growing number of hiring managers are complaining about) interviewers will be attempting to weed people out even harder.

Now light levels are a measurement of your strength instead of your strength being tied into levels. So its just a cosmetic change and it makes things more obvious imo.

I kind of like the change to be honest. Light levels indicate power now and nothing else and you gain light through gaining more powerful gear. Its a lot more clear than having light levels imo.
