Yeah training by yourself and with your team are two completely different things. It's been speculated that the recent influx of ACL injuries are due to the change in the off-season plans, I don't agree or disagree either way, I still find it strange that there's an "off-season" for players...

Something I've always wondered about is why is there even an off-season in the NFL? It seems like teams would just reduce their hours to ~40 a week and go about their business like every other full-time job in America. I'm sure it would help cut down on all the ACL tears and bullshit injuries...
