What's base ilvl for +20? same as +15? either way, I think the base ilvl is some of the best in the game currently at +15, so they are still getting loot. Now whether or not is has the socket or stats you want is another story entirely, but it's still some of the best loot in the game.

Depends what class you are. Falling Star quest I died a lot on mage and shaman, but was fine on any of the tanks or pet classes.

I'm pretty sure he's not talking about a World Boss, but rather the leveling process, which is gonna be like that until you hit 110 and start gear up for M+ dungeons. The game has to cater to the lowest common denominator, and then scale up from there, so at first it's going to be balls easy.
