It's WOW PVP. It has leaderboards and shit I think. I guess that depends on who is playing in the end. I couldn't care less imo. I wouldn't be playing this for PVP, at least, the open world PVP. I don't know if they group together servers into battlegroups or whatever.

I would of agreed with you the last time I played a quest treadmill game (Rift). However, these days if I'm doing the treadmill, I just want to be left alone. If I want to PVP in a game where level and gear give you a giant advantage, I'd rather queue up for it.

The game was just the combat, there was almost no content after a very boring level grind. Toss on top of that a shitty gear enchant system with the gods of RNG fucking you over. This game is all about PVE, why would you waste time on a PVP server? The PVP here is all instanced.

I just hope everyone picks the same server if not faction.

The thing with Engineer is that it's the most unique class in the game with Medic being the 2nd. The rest of the classes are standard Warrior/Thief/Mage. That's probably because they were the last two classes to be designed and introduced to the game.

You mean like any MMO? I've been pretty consistent with my view of this game. It has shitty class mechanics. The combat is really meh. The rest of the game is pretty awesome and well made.

If I can get 1-2 weeks of video game fun for $60 then I consider that a great investment. I don't play or buy into MMOs because I think I can get a solid years worth of playtime.

It depends on my free time this weekend. If I don't decide to take down another wall in my house and I'm bored on Saturday I'll probably end up downloading this. The 70% dislike comes from boring classes and class mechanics. Beyond that, the game is extremely well done for a quest treadmill game.
