Progressing through DS2 now, and I can see why people don't like it as much as the first one. There is just something missing that the first one had. Maybe the areas are too big, and bland. I feel bored in some areas where that never happened to me in DS1.

The last interview was pretty cryptic when asked if year 1 exotics would be upgrade able they avoided it by saying year 2 would boast more exotics then the original game so you wouldn't have to worry about it. They will explain more in thier first live stream.

We don't know that yet tho. The Exotics haven't been confirmed yet, and from that last interview it sounds like they will not. It's pretty much just a reboot of the game at this point.

Houndmaster is better because it allows you to buff most stuff to 4 such as dire wolf, Rhino, 2/2 hyenas from Savanah etc, out of the range of a lot of removals

That card brings in a random card not from your deck. If it did bring one in from your hand like voidcaller it would be good.

Umm No. Flamewalker, Dragons breath,Quickshot, Gang Up,Lava Shock, Imp Gang Boss,Grim Patron, Emperor Thaurissan. 8 major cards in a very small pool of cards. Almost everyone got a class card that strengthened their gameplay, or changed the way they played except for Priest.

This is shaping up to be GvG again imo. It's amazing they are so good on the adventure packs, and the larger stockpiles of cards they miserably fail at.
