From what they have been saying, I'd have to agree. The only real parallels between Pantheon and WoW that I have heard are the (limited) use of instancing, and capped raid sizes.

well... my brother found a glitch where you can wiggle your way into the 'middle' of big trees. They yield much better rare drop rates. I also have a +2 discovery trinket, +10% gathering trinket, and hit the jackpot on my Axe.

Found a spot with 3 trees that instant re spawned. Harvested 1000 burled logs in about 10 minutes

The claim placing interface is balls, and totally counter-intuitive. Its leading people to believe there is no space to claim, when in fact there is a ton. I placed mine in a very densely populated area right near the spawning spires.
