The msq is easily the worst thing so far with the constant "go talk to this guy on one side of the world" followed immediately by "go see the guy you were at just a second ago on the other side of the world". Repeat x5 per quest. Luckily I've been making more gil than TP costs.
I'm leveling a 3rd job now just to keep it inline with the MSQ. I started as Archer/Bard and he's a 35. Did a Conj/White Mage to be inline with MSQ but that quickly outleveled it, too. Now I've got a Gladiator/Paladin that is keeping pace with MSQ level. Nice thing is it will let me have a DPS...
Up to 31. My MSQ is only lvl 17 so I still have no mount or specialized job. Lol.
Game just gave me 15 free sub days for hitting 30 though. That's neat.
The lootsplosions of worthless shit is a turn off for new players, IMO. They could definitely streamline it. The fact you need a third party filter to play is bad.
Having not played since release, did they ever add in-game chat to PC? Was real dumb it wasn't there at launch.
Also I bought the collectors edition or whatever at launch with blizz bucks, what did that give me? Would there still be content $ locked now?
You're on console, right? Pretty sure console got abandoned even harder than PC (main platform). Console was taken over by hacks since release. Who knows how shit works there.
Someone said the exp bonus servers could level purely off the MSQ. I'm only playing this til POE league on March 8th so might as well see just the main story shit.
I've looked at some of these Storm Brand builds and heard streamers say it's super OP. What is the playstyle? Just cast a brand then brand recall it onto every pack as you move along and they blow up?
Re-installing this and may fuck around on it until new PoE league starts.
I had a 50 ninja guy but I hear there is a server with increased exp gains? Also, how is Bard?
Just sitting on the couch and browsing twitch after the gym and I discovered a_couple_streams. Holy shit these two are great and she has a fantastic voice (and doesn't hurt to look at...).
No fuckin clue what to play as a starter now, guess I gotta wait and see what happens to Arc and/or totems...
Saying they're focusing on making people want to self (or hand) cast more makes me think just totems will get hit, though?
