Played this with a couple friends and I agree that this is definitely Destiny 1.5 from a gameplay point of view, albeit a bit harder with the strike end boss; that felt like a raid boss to us. The engine however looks much much better and I can see a very noticeable difference between the two...

I thought it was the dude from Fall Out Boy at first, which I though was weird as fuck. It pulled me out of the scene entirely while I tried to figure out who it was.

Blame the writers for the cameo, apparently they wanted to surprise Maisie Williams because she's a fan. Wasn't a terrible scene, but definitely weird to do.

Just fought my first Stormbird. That was intense! Really liking the ropecaster right now, made that fight so easy.

Yeah... hate them, however if you use the Ropecaster you can ground them and then load them up with fire arrows. :)

Agree with this 100%. I bought a PS4 for UC4 and already preordered this. Also, I love Claudia Blacks voice so there's that. Do think it's odd they ended the franchise but I get it, can't spread your resources to thin over multiple IPs.

Are metal shards always going to be a problem? I want to buy more weapons and armor but the forced harvesting requirement for arrows and the like is starting to drag on me a little.

Hah! Yeah I'm in the same boat and am collecting everything I see and killing almost everything that I can. Love these kinds of games, triggers my completionist tendencies. Looks to be a ~80-90 hour game if you leisurely do everything.
