I hope they would go with the vague story if they ever do reference V in a later game. No reason to invalidate players' choices since V is a retired character after this.
Melee builds will do well against them. My netrunner build is too squishy right now to deal with them when they close in. I'll need to upgrade my deck and daemons.
I prefer to push the MQL through Playing For Time before I start the gigs in Watson so I don't miss any of Johnny's comments during them.
Edit: Also cyberpsychos are no joke in 2.0. They are tougher than most bosses.
Money in 2.0 seems FAR easier to come by as well. I've only done the most recent item dupe for a total of an extra 10k credits but I'm already sitting at over 85k just playing through the Playing For Time and a few NPCD events. I haven't even started grinding the Gigs yet.
This is the best review I've found of the DLC.
TLDW: The DLC picks up AFTER the Voodoo Boys quest line. So you can a lot or a little in Act 2 to get to the DLC. If you want to romance any Main Line NPCs, do it before you finish the DLC.
First Ohtani now Trout. If this franchise is allowed to live on after this season, MLB will be an even bigger laughing stock

I figured you'd have through The Heist before any story changes started occuring. That entire sequence of quests is just too tightly written to really change much.
That's nice and all, but the even the Personal License still has a $0.20 per install fee. What they save on the license itself is probably going to get eaten up by fees if this game does anywhere close to what it needs to be commercially viable. I'm not sure Ali is doing all the math.
While that is true, I heavily doubt that PL will have any significant impact on the Prologue (The Heist). And as slow as I play these games these days, I'm pretty sure I won't be getting much past that before Tuesday.
