depends on your budget and what cornerstone tmrs you have. 56 is fine if you are working on first dual wield and dual cast. i started earlier than that, only refreshed here and there.

Tmr farming is slow, but eventually you'll see yourself break through. Events will get easier, resulting in even more growth from event items. Pick your best character and focus on best In slot for it. Better to have one amazing character than 2 good ones.
