Too much of Everquests playerbase is dad gamers for these "hard" servers too ever work. Even the guilds on Vaniki don't really put in enough effort to ever really test the limits of what is possible.

Disabling Krono on a server wouldn't even do anything other then make trading less secure. If you disable Krono one server you get "WTT 1kr on Server X for 5kPP on this server" all it does is enable people to get scammed.

No amount of buffs to other classes are gonna make up for teleport and the visual AOE size of Sorc abilities just being bigger. The game would've needed a full class revamp otherwise.

Immunities were added in 1.10 cause 90% of the ladder was playing Sorc. If you wanna be efficient like you suggest you're kinda just gonna be forced to play Sorc next D2R season. It's really anti-fun.

He insanely far off though. Hell Baal has 500k hp and has 50% res to everything but magic. A Hell Doom Knight in CS has 5k-8k hp. Even with fire builds you still kill 25 of them in the time it would take to kill Baal.

I've done SSF HC P8 for ever class. Every class can be full clear every area with every build. The only exception is uber trist but respec tokens exist. You make a choice do you wanna have max DMG or 75% damage+25% dmg and be able to kill everything.

If you're killing Hell Baal in 5 seconds you're well beyond the point when a merc can 1 shot a fallen on P1. Even if you're talking about the the Sorc itself killing you can just skip 1 synergy do Blizz/Nova secondary.
