Played with a decker and shaman. Never had issues though. I do recall hearing the elemental summoning bug you mention. I never summoned from fetishes, so it didn't affect me. I think maybe your other issues could be computer related.

As long as there is a relatively easy way to identify both players beforeandafter a kill, I don't care if it's nameplates or not. I just want a method of identification and nameplates seems easiest. I can see the arguments for finding an alternative means of ID though.
