A lot of games are like that which is one of hte upsides of VR. DCS not so much but god damn VR flying titles (DCS, MSFS, even VTOL VR) are so impressive.

Kind of weird method since you can go into your "saves" folder and edit the config file there and line 2 is "crossplay_enabled". I disabled crossplay right off the bat because that crap is almost always broke early on in games that have it.

Sounds like what I'm dealing with at work. Dev's coded something that reads/writes to XML's stored in a database (lulz) and what ended up happening is it sent the SQL servers from 3% CPU usage to 100% usage resulting in everything on those servers to crash. Temp fix is basically doing what...

This is the setting I've also heard can cause crashes. Buddy with a 4090 turned it on because he had everything else maxed and within a few games started getting constant crashing. Went away soon as he remembered he enabled it and turned it back off.
