So what do you scale for your primary damage on the slinger setups? 6L vortex? Then creeping and frostbolt are just for freezes etc? Is there any real recovery/sustain in these setups, or are you relying largely on flasks? I assume CI doesn't work cause you can't fit determination anywhere.

This is as far as I've been able to take winter orb so far. Getting really dicey at depth 150ish currently. Mobs just stay alive for too long too be comfortable, and not sure where else I can find any more damage aside from a 6L or a crazy +gem wands dropping.

How viable are spellslinger builds with no trigger craft? I thought most of them utilized that pretty heavily? Like can you just still play VD necro? Having a hard time thinking of anything stronger than that for SSF in an event like this.

How far are you planning on trying to go? Everyone has such a hardon for corpse destruction but realistically that isn't gonna be "required" until at least like depth 800, which I suspect most people are not getting anywhere near.

The choice between EQ and lacerate in SSF is which axe base you find honestly. If your best axe is a siege you kinda have to run lacerate cause the phys roll is so low. Lacerate is better in terms of cleaning up stragglers during clear I'm sure, but the DPS is like what, half of EQ? Less?

Breaches aren't so bad, I've gotten 2 sets of whatever the card is that makes skins and i'm not like clearing all 20 per map or anything. I started out doing them to get a couple xoph stones and see if I get lucky on a surrender, but that hasn't worked out at all heh.

Playing SSF mayhem currently and boy is getting a 5l/6l a problem heh. I'm gonna hit 90 before I even hit a 5l at my current rate. Even with the mayhem nonsense allowing me to farm skin of the lords I can't actually get one with usable colors.

You can duck to prevent her AE from stunning or spinning you. Make all your DPS use Gina and just duck/stand her AE and you'll get a lot better DPS uptime. Celestial healing pots also negate like 90% of her AE damage if you're short on healers.

Story is way more enjoyable for rerolls if I play it organically - no hollow palm nonsense, just play whatever your skill is going to be from the start. Makes fleshing out the build more interesting, as by the time I've hit maps I already have a good feel for it and a general sense weaknesses...

I dunno, BB drop felt way larger than any previously. I had multiple different cards actually available in cart like ~20m after it all started. 3070s were available for a loooooong time, where as all the previous BB restocks emptied out in ~5m even with their queue.
