Yeah, I definitely love rocketeers in LW. They are absolute monsters, and can single-handedly end an engagement with 4-5 drones/seekers with one rocket. Love it. Steady Aim is your friend. Until my rocketeer is out of rockets, he basically blue-moves to cover and Steady Aim every damn turn.

Yeah this game is highly recommended from me. And I'm sure that carries a lot of weight, so buy it! It's roughly 60% complete as far as content (still 2 un-implemented areas), but it's still well worth the $20 or less.

Axis is definitely more challenging. Sentinels (first boss) are brutal, and Green Onslaught (last boss) is probably roughly equivalent to Red Surtur with a bit more complexity. The second encounter is a joke, but I'd expect it to get tuned at some point.

The Tracer video looked slightly sped up, such that her movements and mouselook became... too tight for a human to do that quickly. It's subtle, but noticable. I'm not referring to the forward blink/warp thing she had, just her behavior throughout the video. Looks like maybe 1.2-1.4x speed.

Ok, we went with an i5-4460 3.2GHz CPU (and cooresponding equivalent intel mobo). I recall when I built mine a year ago Quaid had thrown in a separate CPU cooling/fan/sink assembly. Is that typical to always get those separately? Or will the stock thing that comes with this i5 be ok?

Well, to be clear, it's not a bad game right now, and in fact is good, IMO. It does have flaws though, a couple of the main ones highlighted above, but as I said, I'd expect them to be fixed at some point soonish. But yes, that is definitely the norm today.

It's a solid foundation, and plenty enjoyable for 15-20 hours on its own, so worth the $$ IMO. It has plenty of room to improve, though, but luckily it seems that Zero is on the ball in that regard. I wouldn't be surprised to see it improve greatly over the next year.
