I think a lot of guild leaders are paranoid about the next TLP gutting their guild or something, so they just mass recruit everyone with a pulse, zerg ow stuff then split the shit out of DZ's to keep all the hungry mouths fed. Then if a bunch leave for the next TLP the worst thing that happens...

And it's going to be that way with the two big guilds on Mischief/Thornblade. They already have hundreds signed up, sure there are a lot of OG guys coming but they will absolutely be shackled with a bunch of dead weight.

I mean even fucking casual guilds have a core of people that use SEQ, it's become ubiquitous to the point where you are at a serious disadvantage for not using it, even if it's just checking for the OW targets that the batphone guild isn't going to come and snipe from you. Or just grouping...

Other guilds just use spreadsheets and keep static splits that get updated once per week or so as people come and go, creating splits isn't that difficult, discord bots to do bidding is handy. I'm sure skynet is nice n stuff but other guilds seem to function fine with opendkp and some google...

Might be confusing augments with ornaments, think you could put the latter in your weapons on older servers to make weapons magic, those are sold in the marketplace though, different to the augs sold on in game merchants.

If you like Epeening on the parse as some SK's like to do in early expacs then a bard box is super handy and low effort, but for duoing xp n stuff you'd be better off with a Shaman.

Necros are overall solo kings IMO. Shaman are better at taking down the summoning mobs that necro's cant.

Druids get fucked in the ass for PoP charming, their charm maxes out at 60, pretty sure the only thing you can do charm wise in fire is DC one of those green mobs that spawn in F1.

Druids also have nukes that aren't exactly terrible, not as good as Wizards but a close second behind mages, amazes me how few people use them in fast killing groups though seems they'd rather dump 500 mana worth of dots into a mob that's gonna be dead in 30 seconds. Or even worse, cast wolf...

Ive done Troll Shm, DE Cleric of Inny for that snare neck a bunch of times and ended up rarely using it. It's like a 6 second cast for a terrible snare that resists half the time. At least you don't have to wear it, seem to recall having to back in the day.

Yeah mage pets aren't a lot better, I believe it's Luclin they start getting most of their defensive power back. One thing you can do to make them a lot more tanky in early expacs is give them banded armor, it's probably only 100p or less to get kill up to make it, and probably costs about 40pp...
