I have a warp reactor tau, and it's installed next to my normal warp reactor. I want to go to green stars, but they still say unable to warp, tau required... anyone know wtf is up? Please don't tell me I need to install theta > sigma > tau

I haven't bothered trying to play with a mouse but I'd bet that has aim assist too. Doesn't matter too much in a game without multiplayer or pvp. As far as the Atlas path goes, I am not sure what to do. I have gone to four of them and I'm on the way to the 5th, but I'm not getting anything new...

Drop pods on planet surfaces have suit inventory upgrades. Each upgrade costs +10k over the previous cost. Something like 3+ mil to fully expand inventory to 48 slots. Also the most expensive ships also with 48 slots cost about 8.5 mil but good luck finding one. There's also an inventory slot...

Hold back/brake and it lets you look down a little, if you look at the pad or landing beacon you'll see little crosshairs on it. Also if you just hit land over the pad it'll drop you down on a guided path.

Depends on what the resource prices in your system are. Go to a trade station, look for items with gold stars next to them. Those items sell way above galactic average within that star system.

Performance got a lot better when I changed max fps to 90. Still some slowdown though especially in the menus. Slowdown and pop-ins when entering a planet are unlike anything I get on PS4. Edit - This is unplayable atm. Back to PS4 for me. Voxels + shit performance reminding me of EQ Landmark...

Game runs better on my PS4 atm than it does with my GTX 660, 1080p medium settings. Hell, even runs better than the 720p settings.

Well considering its "skill based" combat I guess you are just really good. My vape also had water gun but the biggest mismatch I've won with it was maybe a 300 CP difference against Arcanine.

Yeah but you have to make a new account and you can't move any existing characters into the account, so you'll need to transfer all your items. Lots of people leave their trader on 24/7 now. There's a Trader Mode checkbox or something on the game account page.

I have given up trying to 100% scan any planet with flying animals. Honestly, fuck them. Half of my milestones are completed and I have the final "Galileo" milestone rank but only 3 planets fully scanned. The funny part is that none of the 3 had any animals and were 100% by default. Knowing...

You can end up fighting a lot on planets with frenzied sentinels or rich in resources. The more I play the more I've ended up fighting both on foot and in space. Ship isn't up to snuff for dogfighting yet though so I still avoid it. Grenades > floating and dog sentinels. Haven't seen any...

It was from an early showing of the game. I have seen reports of people finding giant monsters like that but have yet to see one myself. I imagine they are set to be pretty rare or only appear nearer (or further?) from the center of the galaxy.
