There will be Channelers and Beastlords for the new TLE (and maybe Stormhold too), so are channelers any good? Beastlord seems decent, pet classes are almost always OP on these time locked servers lol.

You pick the class at the start, no more sub classes. All races are available, except you have to pay $$$ to unlock Vamp or whatever the fuck the dragon things are called. Neither gives a substantial advantage, but vamps have a 'normal' and 'vampire' look you can toggle, and every 12 hours...

I can never stand playing on live, it's like installing an app in linux, App A needs package B installed, B needs C and D installed, which all have their own dependencies. Same for live server, in order to do the story quests for the current expansion you also need to do a bunch of language...

I run into this in many cash shops. BDO is bad, I remember EQ1 Phinny server had like 30$ bags. You think they'd prefer 100 items sold at 5, instead of like 10 at 30, but hey I'm no economist. And yeah, BDO cash shop is completely alt-unfriendly

What an awful, awful system. My weakest real life stat is luck, so that system just doesn't do it for me ;) I mean I'd be boss at getting fail stacks, but improving gear cost me sooo much in that game I finally gave in and just hunted improved gear as it came on the marketplace.
