BiteSquad here is $5 a month for “free” delivery. Basically they wipe out the delivery charge which you make up in one to two orders. Then I’m only paying extra for the tip to driver which I vary based on whether or not they follow my delivery instructions.

I don't think Supergiant has ever done or is really known for ever releasing DLC. Seems they tend to just release very tight and well made games and then move on to their next project. A lot of potential here but I wouldn't, and am not, holding my breath.
