I've been playing on the EQ2 TLE servers, as it's the only MMOish thing that appeals to me ATM. This game actually gets brought up a lot in various groups I've been in. So at least it's being talked about. Whether it's released or not is another thing lol.

Check under options to see if you have mounts disabled (you still get the benefit though). This has gotten me killed a few times, as having a mount disables my glide ability and I take fall damage, even in dungeons when mounts are disabled but I have the mount buff up. /boggle

Patch notes said they reduced repeatable quest cash. But looks like they didn't touch the Frostfang seas ones. At the end of the entire quest line, there's a pair of repeatable, easy to do quests that net you almost 2 gold when you hand them in. Which at lvl 15ish is a lotta money...

I'll give this game credit. Even when I'm horribly outmatched, I take a while to die. A group attacked me, and I had time to get off an AE earthquake and at least stun/annoy them for 3 seconds :P I love the longer TTK. I intend to give this a fair shot in a good guild assuming I can find...

Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun in Rift. But each expansion, while adding lots of content, seemed to just hurt the game more. Hybrid classes went right out the window (especially for pvp), and any interesting synergies people found were quickly nerfed until the only build worth doing...
